The $79 diagnosis fee covers the diagnostic visit. If you decide to proceed with our repair, the diagnosis fee is waived. If you decline the repair, the $79 fee applies. Repair pricing is provided for your approval before work begins.
Is my appointment confirmed right after booking?
Yes. Your appointment is confirmed after booking. If we need any additional information, we will contact you.
Do I need my appliance's model number?
No. The model number is optional. During booking, use the illustrated guide to see common label locations for your appliance. Locations vary by brand and model; only check places you can safely access.
Can you work on stacked or built-in appliances?

What happens after I submit a request?
You immediately receive an on-screen confirmation and request reference. When email delivery is enabled, a receipt is also sent to the email address you provide.
